Note:
-Candidates must currently be in Kuwait holding a valid Article 18 transferable visa
-Oil & Gas experience is preferred
-Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in an Artificial Lift Workshop is required
Job Description:
We are seeking an Equipment Readiness Operator to support the inspection, preparation, maintenance, testing, and readiness of Artificial Lift equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on workshop experience and knowledge of equipment preparation and maintenance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform hands-on preparation and readiness activities for Artificial Lift equipment
Inspect, assemble, disassemble, and prepare equipment for field operations
-Conduct equipment checks and ensure readiness as per operational requirements
-Assist with maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of workshop equipment
-Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and available for deployment
-Maintain accurate equipment records and documentation
-Follow company HSE procedures and workshop safety standards
Support equipment mobilization and demobilization activities
-Coordinate with workshop, operations, and field teams regarding equipment requirements
-Report equipment issues, defects, and maintenance requirements to supervisors
-Ensure equipment is prepared and delivered within the required timeframe
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Diploma / Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
-Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in an Artificial Lift Workshop
-Practical experience with Artificial Lift equipment and workshop operations
-Good knowledge of equipment inspection, maintenance, assembly, and testing
-Ability to identify equipment defects and perform basic troubleshooting
-Good understanding of HSE requirements and safe working practices
-Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a workshop and operational environment
Preferred:
-Experience in Oil & Gas / Artificial Lift operations
-Experience with ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) equipment
-Previous experience with major Oil & Gas service companies is an advantage
-Kuwait / GCC experience is preferred
