Description
We're Hiring: Engineering Manager β Oil & Gas
Location: Kuwait
Purpose:
Lead engineering activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects, ensuring compliance with contracts, client specifications, international standards, budget, and schedule
β Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
* Manage and supervise multi-discipline engineering teams
* Allocate resources, monitor performance, and ensure project objectives are met
Engineering Deliverables & Compliance
* Oversee preparation, review, and submission of all engineering deliverables
* Ensure full compliance with contract requirements, client specifications, and standards
Technical Coordination & Reviews
* Lead design reviews, HAZOP/HAZID workshops, constructability reviews, and technical meetings
* Coordinate with client, consultants, procurement, and construction teams to resolve issues
Project Control, Site Support & HSE
* Monitor progress, control engineering budget/manpower, and report status
* Provide technical support during construction/commissioning, ensure as-built documentation and embed HSE principles in designs
β Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Civil)
* Minimum 15 years in Oil & Gas projects, including 5 years in a managerial/lead role, preferably with KOC/KNPC/JO experience and a strong EPC execution background
