WE’RE HIRING – Electrical Engineer (Oil & Gas)
Location: Kuwait
Preference: Local candidates are highly encouraged to apply
Purpose:
To supervise and ensure quality execution of electrical construction works related to piping and pipeline projects
in compliance with project standards
Key Responsibilities:
Construction Supervision
• Supervise installation of cables, cable trays, lighting, earthing, and junction boxes
• Oversee electrical works for pipeline stations and associated facilities
• Monitor cathodic protection system installation for pipelines
Quality & Compliance
• Witness testing and commissioning of electrical equipment
• Ensure compliance with hazardous area classification and KOC standards
• Conduct site inspections for electrical installations
Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate with Mechanical and Civil teams for electrical interfaces
• Prepare daily/weekly Electrical progress reports and measurement records
• Participate in client inspections and approvals
Material & Safety Management
• Verify electrical material receiving and installation
• Support pre-commissioning and handover activities
• Ensure safe execution of electrical works on site
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering & KSE Membership is mandatory
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas site construction
• Proven experience with KOC / KNPC / KIPIC / JO in piping/pipeline projects
