Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive E&I Supervisor to oversee Electrical & Instrumentation activities for WP&F and Trunkline projects in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in supervising E&I installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate all Electrical & Instrumentation activities at site
-Ensure E&I works are executed according to approved drawings, procedures, and project schedules
-Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, HSE, and engineering teams for smooth execution of activities
-Monitor installation, calibration, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems
-Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and HSE standards
-Review technical documents, loop drawings, cable schedules, and instrumentation layouts
-Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment utilization at site
-Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to E&I works
-Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate project updates with management
-Ensure all work activities are completed with quality workmanship and within project timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering field
-Minimum 7–10 years of experience in E&I supervision within the Oil & Gas industry
-Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning activities
-Experience in WP&F and Trunkline projects will be preferred
-Good understanding of international codes, standards, and HSE procedures
-Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
-Ability to manage site activities independently and work under pressure
Preferred:
-Previous experience working on KOC/KNPC/major Oil & Gas projects in Kuwait
-Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, and field instrumentation systems
-Experience in pipeline, refinery, or upstream projects will be an advantage
