- Dynamics HR Technical Consultant

Job Summary
The Dynamics HR Technical Consultant is responsible for the technical configuration, customization, integration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources solutions used by the organization.

The role ensures that HR systems effectively support recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll integration, performance management, and compliance while aligning with the organization’s operational needs and non-profit governance standards.

This position works closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR modules in line with organizational policies and workflows.
- Translate HR business requirements into technical designs, configurations, and system enhancements.
- Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 HR and related systems (Payroll, Finance, Attendance, LMS).
- Customize forms, workflows, security roles, and approval processes.
- Support data migration, validation, and cleansing activities related to HR systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide second-level support for HR system users.
- Implement system updates, patches, and enhancements with minimal disruption.
- Ensure data security, role-based access, and compliance with data protection standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, system configurations, and user guides.
- Support UAT, training sessions, and system go-live activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and Microsoft partners for complex technical requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or related technologies is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR information systems (HRIS).

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR or similar HR systems.

Hands-on experience in:
- Dynamics 365 configuration and customization
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Workflow and approval process design
- Role-based security and access management
- Experience integrating HR systems with payroll, finance, and third-party applications.
- Strong analytical skills to translate HR business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience supporting HR data migration and system upgrades.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR, IT, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and sensitivity when handling HR data.
- Experience in a non-profit or mission-driven organization is a strong advantage.
