Drivers Team Leader and Logistics Officer

Join one of the fastest-growing logistics and courier companies in the region! We are looking for talented professionals to fill the following positions:

1️⃣ Drivers Team Leader

-Supervise and motivate a team of delivery drivers.
-Plan routes, monitor performance, and resolve operational challenges.
-Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
-Train drivers to improve efficiency and customer handling.
-Prepare performance reports and support management decisions.

2️⃣ Logistics Officer

-Oversee daily logistics operations, including dispatch, tracking, and coordination.
-Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
-Coordinate with delivery teams, warehouse staff, and vendors.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
-Prepare operational reports and handle escalations.

Requirements for Both Roles:
-2–4 years of experience in logistics, last mile delivery, or supply chain operations.
-Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role (for Drivers Team Leader).
-Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-Knowledge of local logistics operations and routes.
-Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
