🎯 Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Division Operations Manager to oversee the full spectrum of operations within our off-road vehicle division. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and deep familiarity with the powersports industry. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, drive sales performance, and uphold the brand’s premium standards.

📋 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across sales, service, logistics, and inventory for the off-road division
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals and market trends
- Oversee team performance, training, and resource allocation to ensure service excellence
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational metrics to optimize profitability and efficiency
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers (including Polaris), and internal departments to ensure seamless workflow
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on division performance and strategic recommendations

🧭 Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in automotive or powersports sectors
- Strong knowledge of off-road vehicles, ATVs, and Polaris product lines
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an asset
