Job Title: Digital Printing Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Digital Printing Machine Operator to operate digital printing equipment and produce high-quality printed materials according to job specifications and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor digital printing machines safely and efficiently.

Set up printing jobs according to artwork, size, material, and production specifications.

Load and prepare paper, vinyl, fabric, banners, and other printing materials.

Check ink levels, print settings, color accuracy, and print quality.

Perform basic machine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Inspect finished prints for color, alignment, resolution, and other quality issues.

Follow production schedules and complete jobs within required deadlines.

Maintain proper records of completed jobs and material usage.

Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.

Report technical problems, material shortages, or quality issues to the supervisor.

Follow company safety procedures and production standards.

Requirements

Previous experience operating digital printing machines is preferred.

Knowledge of digital printing processes, inks, and printing materials.

Basic understanding of print settings, color management, and file preparation.

Good attention to detail and quality.

Ability to troubleshoot basic machine problems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work overtime when required.

Preferred Experience

Experience with large-format, UV, solvent, eco-solvent, or digital textile printing machines.

Familiarity with RIP software and basic prepress requirements.

Experience in signage, advertising, or commercial printing.
