Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Aesthetic Dermatologist to join a premium cosmetic dermatology practice in Kuwait City. The role is focused on advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments, patient satisfaction, and high-quality cosmetic outcomes in a fast-growing, high-end clinical environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAesthetic & Clinical Services
- Perform advanced cosmetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, mesotherapy, and anti-aging therapies.
- Conduct detailed aesthetic consultations, assess facial and skin structure, and design individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure optimal aesthetic outcomes while maintaining medical safety and ethical standards.
- Manage post-treatment follow-ups and long-term patient care plans.
Patient Experience
- Educate patients on skin health, treatment expectations, and post-procedure care.
- Build long-term relationships with aesthetic clients through professionalism and trust.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation.
- Follow all Kuwait Ministry of Health regulations, clinic policies, and infection control standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent).
- Specialization in Dermatology (Board-certified or equivalent).
- Eligibility for Kuwait MOH medical license.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aesthetic / cosmetic dermatology.
- Proven hands-on expertise in injectables, lasers, and cosmetic dermatology technologies.
- Experience in GCC or high-end aesthetic clinics is a strong advantage.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary (Tax-Free):
- KWD 1,400 – 2,800
(depending on experience, reputation, and procedural skill set)
