Demand Planner - Supply Chain
FMCG Experience MANDATORY
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop accurate demand forecasts and plans for all product categories based on historical data, market trends and business inputs.
Monitor and analyze sales trends, market dynamics, promotions, new product launches and external factors to improve demand accuracy.
Collaborate with Sales, Supply chain, Finance and other stakeholders to develop consensus demand plans.
Manage the full demand planning process including baseline forecasting, adjustments, reviews and final demand plan submission.
Ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability while minimizing excess stock and stockouts.
Analyze forecast accuracy and key performance metrics; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Support S&OP process by providing demand insights and scenario analysis.
Maintain and improve demand planning systems, data quality and reporting.
Drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes and tools.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
5–7 years of experience in Demand Planning within FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of demand planning methodologies and forecasting techniques.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with demand planning tools (SAP APO/IBP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
FMCG experience is MANDATORY.
