We are currently partnering with a reputable American curriculum school in Kuwait to appoint a Dean of Students for an August 2026 start.
This role is ideal for an experienced education professional with a strong background in student affairs, behavior management, and school culture; someone who can foster a disciplined yet supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
Master’s in Educational Leadership (preferred)
Proven experience in a student leadership role (Dean, VP, Coordinator, etc.)
Strong understanding of the American curriculum
Experience in student discipline, pastoral care, and school operations
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
