Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Farwaniya. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing an excellent customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer communications, processing orders, and coordinating with other departments to meet the needs of our customers.

Qualifications
Skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in providing a high-quality Customer Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Experience in a customer service role is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
