WE ARE HIRING CUSTOMER SERVICE & DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information about company services (fulfilment, storage, last-mile delivery, cross-border, etc.).
• Maintain strong customer relationships by providing quick and professional responses.
• Track, follow up, and close customer leads into confirmed deals.
• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging posts, stories, and campaigns aligned with the brand strategy.
• Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to generate leads.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms.
• Strong communication in English & Arabic (preferred).
• Knowledge of social media marketing tools (Meta Business, Canva, Google Ads, etc.).
