*) Implement system controls and automation to minimize errors, rework, and process inefficiencies.
*) Lead digitalization and automation initiatives to streamline and standardize operational workflows.
*) Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and data efficiency.
*) Monitor operational SLAs and KPIs, identify performance gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
*) Ensure accurate and efficient order processing within CRM systems in coordination with Sales, Presales, and Product teams.
*) Analyze order delays, rejections, and rework to identify root causes and drive process improvements.
*) Manage product lifecycle processes, including product setup, pricing, configuration, standardization, and launch.
*) Prepare and analyze product, revenue, pipeline, tender, and Presales performance reports to support business decisions.
*) Maintain accurate and up- to- date process documentation, manuals, guidelines, forms, and audit submissions.
*) Coordinate with cross- functional teams and Group Audit to address observations, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement
