Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control food & beverage costs to ensure budget compliance
- Analyze inventory, purchases, and wastage to optimize cost efficiency
- Prepare cost reports, variance analysis, and support management with accurate data
- Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, and operations teams
- Ensure proper cost control procedures and documentation are followed
Requirements:
- Proven F&B experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of cost control and inventory management
- Ready to join immediately
- Valid Visa 18 (Ahli)
