Cost Controller

Job Responsibilities;
- Prepare, monitor, and control project budget and actual construction costs.
- Analyze cost variances and provide regular cost report to management.
- Track and evaluate Variation Orders and their financial impact.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and site teams.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete reports.
- Ensure projects expenditures remain within the approved budget.

Qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Cost Controller in construction projects.
- Strong Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for construction works.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project management software (e.g., Primavera, or similar).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
