Corporate Trainer (𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭) – 𝐊𝐮𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭 ⁣

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainer to join our group of companies client in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs focused on soft skills, communication, and leadership development to enhance the performance and growth of our employees across all levels.⁣
⁣
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:⁣
• Must be a resident of Kuwait.⁣
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.⁣
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.⁣
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or in a similar training role.⁣
• Proven experience in delivering soft skills, communication, and leadership courses.⁣
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.⁣
• Strong ability to engage employees from diverse backgrounds and levels.⁣
• Certification in Training, Coaching, or Leadership Development (e.g., CIPD, Train the Trainer, NLP, Coaching Certification) is an advantage.⁣

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬:⁣
• Salary: Up to 1200 KD (based on experience and qualifications)⁣
