About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager to lead our content vision and execution across digital platforms. This role is responsible for developing and driving a content strategy that supports business goals, strengthens brand identity, and engages our target audience.
The Content Manager will manage a team of writers and designers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure all content is high-quality, data-driven, and aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously optimize a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company objectives
Lead and manage a team of writers and designers to produce engaging, high-quality content
Oversee content creation for the company website and digital platforms, ensuring consistency in tone and brand identity
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance
Conduct ongoing research to stay updated on industry trends, content best practices, and competitor activity
Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven improvements
Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and social media platforms
Create and manage an editorial calendar to maintain a consistent content pipeline
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and partners when required
Manage the content budget and allocate resources efficiently
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in content marketing, with proven team management experience
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple content formats
Solid understanding of SEO, social media, and digital content best practices
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide strategy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about content and brand storytelling
