Coffee Sales Executive
Requirements:
• Male, of Arab nationality.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in coffee, F&B, or hospitality.
• Must own a car and hold a valid Kuwaiti driving license.
• Currently residing in Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, approach, and secure new B2B clients (cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and distributors).
• Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding customer requirements and proposing tailored coffee solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure sustainable revenue growth in the assigned territory.
• Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations for potential and existing clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of coffee orders.
• Maintain updated sales records, contracts, and client interaction reports in the CRM system.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and share insights with management.
• Provide after-sales support, resolve customer issues, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and coffee events to promote the company’s coffee portfolio.
• Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the segment by effectively selling the company products.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Presentable, self-motivated, and driven by targets.
• In-depth knowledge of coffee products and customer needs.
