CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Machine Operator to operate CNC machinery, produce precision components, and ensure all products meet required specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.

Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to job requirements.

Load and unload materials and finished components.

Read and understand technical drawings, measurements, and job specifications.

Select and install appropriate cutting tools.

Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments when required.

Check dimensions and quality of finished products using measuring instruments.

Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.

Identify and report machine problems or production issues to the supervisor.

Maintain production records and follow the assigned production schedule.

Ensure the work area and machines are clean and organized.

Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Requirements
Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator.

Experience operating CNC milling, turning, routing, or similar machines.

Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.

Basic knowledge of CNC programs and machine settings.

Familiarity with measuring tools such as vernier calipers and micrometers.

Good attention to detail and quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work overtime when required.

Preferred Skills
Experience with CNC programming and G-code.

Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.

Experience with different materials such as aluminum, steel, wood, acrylic, or plastics.

Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and tool changes.

Experience with automatic or multi-axis CNC machines.
