Clinic Manager
Responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, including patient experience, front desk, and insurance processes. The role ensures smooth operations, manages patient concerns, supervises staff performance, monitors KPIs, and works closely with departments to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
Customer Care Officer (CSO)
Responsible for welcoming patients and visitors, supporting check-in processes, managing appointments, handling insurance requests, answering calls, and maintaining accurate records in the clinic system while ensuring a professional and friendly patient experience.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (healthcare experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
