WE ARE HIRING Civil Supervisor (Oil & Gas) Join Our Team!
Location: Kuwait

Purpose:
To supervise and ensure safe and quality execution of all civil and earthworks for pipeline installation as per KOC
standards and project requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Execution & Supervision
* Supervise trenching, bedding, pipe lowering, and backfilling activities
* Oversee compaction, site reinstatement, and valve pit construction
* Execute road/track crossings and utility interfaces as per plan
Quality & Compliance
* Ensure all civil works follow approved drawings, levels, and KOC specifications
* Monitor soil testing, compaction tests, and civil material quality
* Verify works are completed as per ITP and project procedures
Health, Safety & Environment
* Enforce excavation safety, shoring, and PTW requirements
* Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks
* Promote safe working practices in open trenches and civil activities
Reporting & Coordination
* Prepare daily civil progress reports and maintain records
* Coordinate with Mechanical team during pipe laying and tie-ins
* Support survey teams and as-built documentation for civil scope
Qualifications & Experience:
* 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering
* Minimum 5 years as Civil Supervisor in oil & gas pipeline projects
* Previous KOC experience is preferred
