Description
Lead and oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations).
Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, and healthcare regulations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Coordinate with external audits.
Supervise and mentor the finance team.
Advise management on cost control and financial strategy.
