Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Supervisor located in Kuwait City. The Call Center Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the call center, manage and support team members, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and provide solutions to customer concerns. Additional responsibilities include setting performance goals, analyzing call center metrics, and collaborating with the team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills and Team Management experience
Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and resolve customer concerns effectively
Strong Analytical Skills to track, monitor, and optimize call center performance metrics
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
Proficiency in using call center software and tools
Experience in the remittance or currency exchange industry is a plus
