Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer service practices, customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer support
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate relevant software systems
- Excellent communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and systems is beneficial
- Arabic speaking is must
