ARMS Medical Center is looking for “Call Center” to join our team.
Requirements:
* Female candidates only
* Nationalities: Lebanese,Jordanian only
* Previous experience in Medical Center, Hospital or Clinic
* Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries in a polite and professional manner
* Provide clear and accurate information about doctors, services and products
* Schedule and confirm the appointments accurately
* Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times
* Possessing excellent communication skills
* Previous experience in clinics or medical centers
* Visa 18 transferable, residing in Kuwait only
