Responsibilities
. Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
. Ensure the best prices, quality, and timely delivery of goods.
. Manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier relationships.
. Coordinate with the kitchen and operations teams for daily needs.
Requirements
. Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing within the F&B or restaurant industry in Kuwait.
. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
. Knowledge of suppliers and market trends in Kuwait.
. Immediate joining preferred.
