We're Hiring - Business Operations Automation Analyst
Oryx Ltd. is looking for a Business Operations Automation Analyst to join our team in Kuwait, reporting directly to the Managing Partner.
This is a unique, high-impact role at the intersection of operations, documentation, and automation — with visibility across the entire organisation.
The mission is clear: embed with every department, capture how work really gets done, build a structured company knowledge base, and systematically layer automation on top to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
What you'll do:
• Conduct structured interviews and workflow observations across all teams
• Build and maintain SOPs, process maps, role guides, and a centralised knowledge base
• Identify automation opportunities and implement them using tools like Asana, Power Automate, Airtable, and Slack
• Develop reporting frameworks that give leadership real operational visibility
• Train and support staff through hands-on adoption of new processes
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong documentation and communication skills — clarity is everything
• Genuine curiosity about how and why processes work the way they do
• Familiarity with project management and automation tools is a plus
• Arabic language skills are a bonus
This role offers direct access to senior leadership, broad cross-functional exposure spanning investment, real estate, and finance, and a genuine mandate to shape how the business operates.
