Business Development Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Team Lead located in Salmiya. The Business Development Team Lead will be responsible for generating leads, managing and leading the team, developing and implementing strategic plans, analyzing market data, and communicating with clients and stakeholders. The role involves setting team targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality services to clients.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market data
Effective Communication skills with clients and stakeholders
Experience in Lead Generation and developing strategic plans
Proven Team Management and Team Leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Demonstrated success in a sales or business development role
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
