Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Coordinator to support business operations, maintain communication across branches, and represent the company in international activities. This role requires strong documentation skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare business documentation, reports, and presentations using tools such as diagrams, flowcharts, and charts.
- Communicate and coordinate with agents and partners in multiple regions.
- Meet with suppliers for business communications, negotiations, and potential deals.
- Review and summarize contracts, proposals, and official documents.
- Travel to meet, supervise, and follow up with employees in our branches outside the country.
- Represent the company in international exhibitions, conferences, and business events.
- Facilitate communication and workflow between teams across local and international branches.
- Assist in organizing internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Monitor action items and ensure timely follow-up on tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. (MBA is a plus).
- Experience in office management or administrative support roles.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create professional diagrams, flowcharts, and structured reports.
- Ability to travel internationally when required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience 5 years+
- Excellent English (written and spoken).
