Brand & Product Development Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead the development and launch of our upcoming Cosmetic brand.

📢 Job Vacancy: Brand & Product Development Manager

🔹 Key Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in beauty / cosmetics industry
• Proven experience in product development (haircare / skincare … etc )
• Strong experience working with international manufacturers (OEM / Private Label)
• Ability to manage product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Experience in sourcing, sampling, and quality control
• Strong understanding of branding & packaging development
• Experience in pricing strategy and market analysis
• Knowledge of GCC regulations (Kuwait MOH is a plus)
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

🔹 Preferred:
• Experience launching a beauty brand from scratch
• Background in skincare or cosmetic science
