We are hiring a Bilingual Sales Call Center Agent to join our dynamic sales team. You will connect with potential and existing customers, promote products/services, and close sales in a fast-paced call center environment.
⚫ Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads
▪️ Respond to incoming calls and convert inquiries into sales
▪️ Clearly explain product benefits and offers in both languages
⚫ Qualifications:
▪️ Passion for gaming and a strong knowledge of video games and gaming culture.
▪️ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
▪️ At least 1 to 2 years experience
▪️ Attention to detail and organizational skills.
▪️ Transferrable Visa 18
