Backup Administrator

We are hiring in Kuwait:

Backup Administrator – 1,300 KWD/Month

- 15+ years in enterprise backup with strong focus on IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM) and Cohesity
- Heavy hands-on experience in implementation, disaster recovery, and advanced configuration/troubleshooting for both TSM & Cohesity
- Expertise across Exchange, SQL, VMware/Hyper-V, and modern backup appliances with performance tuning & RCA
- Proven track record in DR planning, DR drills, backup optimization, and enterprise policy governance
- Strong experience in backup policy design, scheduling, restore validation, and multi-site replication
- Solid knowledge of SAN/LAN-free backups, tape libraries, and storage lifecycle management
- Skilled in automation, monitoring, reporting dashboards, and cloud backup (Azure/AWS)
