Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Duty Manager at Symphony Style Hotel in Kuwait. The Assistant Duty Manager will oversee daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional service and seamless experiences for guests. Responsibilities include managing guest relations, coordinating with different departments, supervising staff to maintain high performance, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and standards. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving abilities to maintain high operational and service standards.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills to supervise staff and support operations
- Strong interpersonal and guest relations skills to address inquiries and concerns professionally
- Operational knowledge and experience in managing daily hotel functions effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional language abilities are an advantage
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry is highly desirable
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment and work flexible hours as needed
