Location: Kuwait

Purpose:
Lead Asphalt Plant Operations to meet project deadlines, quality standards, and profitability targets while fostering strong client relationships and ensuring full compliance with safety and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence
. Oversee production, quality control, and supply chain operations.
. Coordinate with project managers to meet schedules and specifications.
Financial Management
. Prepare budgets and regular profit/loss reports.
. Develop strategies to reduce costs and increase profitability.
Team Leadership
. Assess manpower/equipment needs and recommend efficiency improvements.
. Mentor teams, identify training needs, and evaluate performance.
Compliance & Safety
. Enforce safety protocols and ensure policy adherence.
. Participate in procedure development and regulatory compliance.
Client & Business Development
. Build client relationships and support tendering/contract processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Β· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
. Minimum 10 years of experience in Asphalt and Emulsion Plants.
. PMP or MBA is considered as an advantage.
