Area Supervisor / Brand Manager

reporting to: operations manager

We are expanding, and we're looking for a dynamic area supervisor / brand manager to oversee multi-store operations, lead teams, and elevate our brand presence across the region.

what you'll do:
- oversee daily store operations & ensure brand standards
- drive sales performance across multiple locations
- train, coach & empower store teams
- maintain visual merchandising excellence
- support marketing activations & new launches
- ensure operational efficiency and inventory accuracy

what we're looking for:
- 5 years of multi-store retail management experience (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
- strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
- passion for premium accessories and customer experience
- ability to travel across assigned stores
- female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
