Description
The Admin Officer will support daily administrative operations with a strong focus on residency and manpower-related processes. The role requires fluency in Arabic reading and writing and hands-on experience in handling residency procedures and manpower files in accordance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up on employee residency and visa processes, including renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
- Manage and update manpower files and related documentation with relevant authorities.
- Prepare, review, and submit official Arabic documents and correspondence.
- Coordinate with government entities such as the Public Authority for Manpower and Ministry of Interior.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, files, and databases.
- Support HR and management with administrative reporting and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluency in reading and writing Arabic is mandatory.
- Fluency in reading and writing Arabic is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Good knowledge of local labour laws and government procedures.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
