Description
We’re Hiring | Accounts Manager
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the finance team across our operations in Kuwait and GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations
2- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
3- Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS & IAS standards
4- Review journal entries, financial statements, and account reconciliations
5- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders
6- Implement and monitor accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures
7- Monitor fixed assets and cash management processes
8- Lead, train, and support the accounting team
Requirements:
1- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting/finance
2- Previous experience in a managerial accounting role
3- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and accounting operations
4- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
5- MS Dynamics experience is a must
6- Experience in hospitality or F&B is a plus
7- ACCA / CA / ICWAI / CMA or relevant finance qualification is a must
