Announces Job Openings to Recruit Qualified Young Professionals to Join its Team. Kuwaiti, Gulf, and resident nationals are encouraged to apply for positions within an organization dedicated to creating a sustainable humanitarian and developmental impact.
The Society seeks candidates with relevant practical experience to join and contribute to its mission in the following fields:
Required Specializations:
• Accounting
• IT/Computer Science
• Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Public Relations
• Marketing
• Civil Engineering
• Digital Marketing
• Finance
• Management
General Requirements:
1. 2-5 years of practical experience in the private sector is required for most specializations, with the exception of IT, where 3-7 years of experience is required. 2. A number of successful candidates will be placed in an internship program and then assigned to relevant departments based on need.
3. Priority will be given to Kuwaiti and GCC nationals holding university degrees and aged 35 or younger.
4. Proficiency in computer skills (basic programs) and fluency in English are essential requirements.
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must.
6. Salaries, including employment support for Kuwaitis, will be in line with private sector market standards.
7. Applications from experienced candidates outside the private sector will be considered, provided they have experience working with highly reputable organizations.
