Khalid Ali Al Kharafi & Bros. Co.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
* 3-5 years of experience in Accounting
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Accounting Software
* Strong command of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP & Data Analysis)
* Experience in handling statutory and internal audits
* Good understanding of accounting procedures and financial controls
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Self-motivated and eager to learn
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage petty cash accounts and related transactions
* Process bank payments and cheque printing
* Review and manage bank facility contracts
* Handle sales, purchases, cash & bank transactions
* Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
* Support salary processing and subcontractor accounting
* Coordinate with external auditors during audit activities
* Report directly to the Chief Accountant & Finance Manager
