Description
Weβre looking for a detail-oriented, strong understanding Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Invoice booking (non-material, local & foreign shipments)
β’ Processing payments for local & overseas suppliers (Cheque/TT)
β’ Rent invoice processing and staff expense reimbursements
β’ Cash clearing and filing of payment vouchers & costing sheets
β’ Assisting in inventory cycle counts
β’ Reconciling workshop sales (warranty, non-warranty & refurbished)
Requirements:
β’ Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance
β’ Experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable
β’ Strong attention to detail & Excel skills
β’ Candidate must be available in Kuwait with transferable visa
