Sanford Middle East DWC LLC is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to support our Kuwait operations. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting functions, payroll coordination, banking transactions, and administrative support while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record cash and bank collections in SAP
- Coordinate cheque and cash deposits
- Perform customer reconciliation and issue statements
- Handle petty cash and SAP entries
- Prepare payroll, salary distribution, incentives, leave salary, and gratuity
- Process landing cost entries and invoice approvals
- Conduct bank reconciliation and online transfers to Head Office
- Maintain documentation and coordinate with HO Accountant and HR
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
- 2β5 years of relevant experience
- SAP knowledge is mandatory
- Strong understanding of payroll, reconciliation, and banking processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
