We are looking for Revenue Strategists—ambitious professionals ready to take ownership of a high-value portfolio and treat it like their own business.
The Mission: You will act as the "CEO" of your assigned portfolio of locations. Your mandate is to bridge the gap between data, operations, and client satisfaction. You aren’t just maintaining the status quo; you are analyzing trends, optimizing product mixes, and driving profitability.
What You Will Do:
Own the P&L: You are responsible for the financial health of your portfolio. You will analyze performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
Data-Driven Merchandising: Use our advanced tech dashboard to spot consumer trends. Is a location demanding more healthy snacks and dairy? Is the beauty and skincare selection moving fast? You make the call on the perfect mix of chocolates, healthy drinks, and healthcare essentials.
Client Partnership: You are the face of VendIT for our premium partners (Gyms, Universities, Corporates). You ensure they are happy, heard, and retained.
The Essentials (Must-Haves):
Fluent English: You must be 100% fluent in speaking and writing. You will be dealing with top-tier clients and international partners.
Mobility: A valid Kuwait driving license and your own car are mandatory. You need to be mobile and ready to move.
Charisma & Presence: We are looking for a magnetic personality. You are socially intelligent, presentable, and "socially attractive." You don't just walk into a room; you command it. Building rapport should be your superpower.
