We're Hiring: Account Manager
Space3PL — Kuwait
Space3PL is a Kuwait-based third-party logistics (3PL) provider delivering warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfilment for a diverse portfolio of clients. We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Commercial / Client Relations team and become the primary point of contact for 100+ active client accounts.
✅ What You'll Own
• Serve as the single point of contact for your assigned client portfolio, responding to queries within SLA.
• Receive and validate client orders, coordinating picking, packing, and dispatch with the Operations team.
• Resolve and escalate issues quickly, keeping clients informed at every step.
• Prepare and lead periodic client reports and business reviews.
🎯 What We're Looking For
• Currently residing in Kuwait — this opportunity is open to candidates based inside Kuwait only; applications from outside Kuwait will not be considered.
• Proven experience more than 3 years in logistics, 3PL, freight, or a related field.
• Customer-facing experience in logistics, 3PL, freight, or a related field.
• Proven ability to stay organized and prioritize across a high volume of accounts.
• Strong Excel skills; comfort working with WMS/ERP or order-management systems.
• Bilingual Arabic–English preferred.
• Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
This role reports directly to the Head of Account Management and sits at the center of how we deliver service to our clients every day.
