Location: Kuwait

Purpose:
To supervise and ensure safe, timely, and quality execution of all electrical works related to pipeline installation in
accordance with KOC standards and project specifications
Key Responsibilities:
Execution & Supervision
* Supervise installation of power and control cables, cable trays, and junction boxes
* Oversee earthing, grounding, and lightning protection systems for pipelines
* Execute installation of field instruments, lighting, and cathodic protection systems
Quality & Compliance
* Ensure all electrical works comply with KOC specifications, ITPs, and approved drawings
* Verify material compliance (cables, trays, panels, instruments) before installation
* Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections, testing, and electrical completion
Health, Safety & Environment
* Enforce HSE procedures, electrical safety standards, and PTW system
* Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections for electrical activities
* Promote safe working practices, especially in hazardous areas (Zone 1 & 2)
Reporting & Coordination
* Prepare daily progress reports and highlight issues to the Construction Manager
* Coordinate with Mechanical, Civil, and Instrumentation teams for interfaces
* Support pre-commissioning, testing, and handover of electrical scope
Qualifications & Experience:
* 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering
* Minimum 5 years as Electrical Supervisor in oil & gas pipeline projects
* Previous KOC experience is preferred
