We're Hiring! IT Support Engineer
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience.
Hands-on experience in IT Administration, Helpdesk, or Technical Support.
In-depth knowledge of Windows/Linux OS management and troubleshooting.
Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting VPNs, routing, and TCP/IP protocols.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, and basic data protection practices.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call duties and rotating shifts.
Must hold a valid Kuwait Driving License.
