Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager - Market Maker
Responsibilities:
* Provide continuous two-way prices across assigned instruments, managing bid-ask spreads to optimize profitability
* Monitor and manage inventory risk in real time, ensuring positions remain within defined risk parameters
* Analyze market microstructure, order flow, and liquidity conditions to refine pricing strategies
* Collaborate with the trading desk and risk team to identify opportunities and manage exposures
* Maintain compliance with CMA regulations and internal risk frameworks
* Contribute to the development of pricing models and hedging strategies
Qualifications:
* Requirement Open to all bilingual Arab Candidates.
* 3-5 years of experience in a trading, execution, or related financial markets role
* Strong understanding of market structure, order flow, and price dynamics
* GCC/MENA Equity Trading experience
* CMA registration (or eligibility to be registered)
* Proficiency in trading platforms and relevant analytics tools
