We're Hiring! Compliance Specialist Join Our Team
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Compliance Specialist. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management - preferably within the healthcare industry. If you have hands-on experience in compliance frameworks, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) programs, and third-party risk management, and thrive in collaborative environments that promote ethical business practices, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support implementation and continuous improvement of the company's compliance program, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and principal compliance standards.
* Draft, review, and maintain compliance policies, standard operating procedures, and related documentation and provide compliance input on agreement reviews.
* Conduct compliance monitoring, testing, audits, and control effectiveness reviews and track corrective and preventive actions through timely closure.
* Support third-party due diligence, conflict of interest management, and ABAC initiatives to strengthen organizational integrity.
* Maintain accurate compliance records, prepare periodic reports, support investigations, and escalate potential concerns to management when necessary.
* Deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies to foster a culture of compliance.
