Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in retail or customer-facing industries
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS)
Basic knowledge of payroll processes
Familiarity with labor law and visa processing requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset)
HR certification (e.g., PHRI, SPHRI) is an advantage
Preferably female Arab nationality
