Description
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist & Guest Experience Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests professionally and ensure high-quality service.
- Manage and update the beverage menu and reception refreshments display
- Oversee F&B standards, stock levels, and ordering.
- Supervise showroom cleanliness and cleaning staff performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a premium, hotel-level environment.
- Control ambiance (lighting, music, temperature).
- Train service and cleaning staff and support SOP development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Hospitality (Hotels/Luxury F&B).
- Supervisory experience managing cleaning or service teams.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Salary :350KWD
Preferred Candidates:
Female Arab or Filipino nationality are preferred due to relevant cultural familiarity and service industry experience in the region.
